WONDLL.dll? WADTool problem

I'm not (yet) a registered Torque developer (though I sent away everything two days ago, so you guys should be getting it soon!). In the meantime, I'm sharpening my prefab development skills with the T2 tools, but when I attempt to use WADTool, it tells me I am missing WONDLL.dll and I can't find that DLL anywhere on my HD or T2 CD... has anyone experienced this problem or does anyone know how to fix it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
