Torque X/ TGB programmer for Master's Thesis

I'm looking for a programmer with some TX or TGB chops to collaborate with me on some early prototypes for a Master's Thesis

- the project is going to involve some advanced dialogue management and an evolving story, and I'm looking for someone I can work with fairly regularl to build a few software prototypes becore we go whole-hog and build the game. I have access to professional asset generation and a teensy amount of funding.

I recognize that a lot of this hinges on a great engineer. While I understand the principals of the engineering involved, I'm not proficient enough in the business of coding it to do it with skill and panache. If the right person is available, credit is shared as is some ownership in the technical framework we're going to produce together. If it's going well, I can even offer a small stipend.

Please get in touch with me if you're at all interested and we'll talk more about what's involved.

Update: money involved

Found some help and the community as always bends over backwards to help me solve even basic problems, for which I'm very grateful.

The good news is I have a great collaborator who understands the scary stuff, but I could really use some help over the next 3-4 weeks banging out some basic totally normal fun gameplay problems. I'm banging my head against the wall with code books and a dozen different forums and as I'm the sole artist onboard right now this is not productive.

I have some money to throw the way of someone who gets TX or TXB or even straight-up XNA enough to lock down player movement and anims, basic collision and object interaction, and NPC pathing and interaction.

If you're in Southern California, a lot of meals and beverage of your choice can also be brought your way.

Maybe you could explain a few details about what type of project you are working on? I have some very functional shells of games (in TGB) that could be handy depending on what type of project you need built. You can email me if you like (email in profile).
