I broke my model again

I created a model and with some awesome help from Joesph, was able to create get her in a state where I could articulate the armature and save actions....

Then I discovered that I needed to fix the head, so I deleted the old head chest and ears, made a new set, and by way of a bunch of boolean unions, put it back on her body.

As it would seem, my unions destroyed my hierarchy. My body still has vertex groups, but they are really haphazard when I move my bones around. I also can't figure out how to delete actions. (I had to get rid of your eyes Joesph. Sorry, my model was becoming too complex)

The final thing is I don't quit understand is how the export hierarchy works.

I have Shape -> Detail32 -> ????

What goes under that. Is the armature supposed to be a parent to the body object or is the body object supposed to be the parent to the armature. Even more odd, when I try to re-weight paint my model, there are no weight colors, but the bones still move some of vertexes when I pose the armature. Maybe it's ghost data. I'll repaint and see what happens.
