I can't submit resources

I tried to submit a resource, and it seemed to work fine. I said there would be a delay before it appeared because resources are moderated, ok. That was over two weeks ago. The resource still hasn't appeared. What gives?

Resources seem to be updated on a monthly basis (I believe).
The amount time it takes to vet depends when you submitted it in the cycle.

My first resource was up in a couple of days, the second took about 3 weeks.

Awww ... and I went to all the trouble of re-submitting it. Oh well.
