Builder friendly doors

Anyone else willing to share some additional insight on door code?
I went over Badguys resource inch by inch, and realized it was simply too much work for the average builder. Setting waypoints, adding this or that to the ingame editor, etc. While I much appreciated the contribution, I think it's code much more suited for elevators and such.
Doyoon's been touting his foilage work in Crimeforce lately, so I DL it to take a look. What he's failed to mention, is the _incredible_ job he's done with doors and breakable objects. Everything is set within the building program, and it looks very much like how HalfLife et al worked. I've already bugged him enough about an item or two, so I hate to ask personally for something else :)
Surely though, a few more of you have gone this avenue with doors (and maybe breakables as well!) and would be willing to post another resource.
Perhaps even a trade? For code I have... well not much. Maybe a model or three, some geometry?
