Anyone used Cryptic AR?

Anyone know if Cryptic Studios' Cryptic Animation Rig plugin for Max can be used to create rigs and mesh usable Torque? It looks very interesting, though I haven't gotten under the hood of it just yet. Documentation here for anyone interested.
