FPS Starter Kit Script Legallity

I was just going through the FPS Start Kit Scripts and noticed that at the top it shows that it is copywrited by GarageGames, dose that limit me from using them in my game?

No I dont think that there is any legal issues with the FPS starter kit, coz .. well .. its a starter kit
unless u will make minor changes to it & release it as ur game, I guess only then there will be a problem. other wise I suppose its just a point start on for ur game

We have a copyright on the entire package you download--you purchase a license that authorizes use of that package (scripts, source code, art, etc.) for your development.

Yes, you can use the content in your own game.
