Hi,
I'm a new user of TGE... I've been trying to make interior using Torque Constructor but I'm having problem when I rotate objects. I build an Arch and try to rotate it....but the thing goes into pieces and not as one single objects. Any objects thats been group also having the same problem. Can somebody help me to solve the problem?

It is breaking apart into convex geometry. Before deselecting it, group it to keep it together. Also make sure whether you are on brush or face or vertex selection.

I use 3D max to create my buildings. How can I export to torque? I've already install the exporter but it is for DTS and not DIF. When I open in Constructor I cannot edit the object and when exports to DIF and place the object in the world editor the character cannot go through the door because of the bounding box.

Thanks for the advices. But I'm still having the same problem. I've group all the objects but when I rotate the objects, it still rotate as individual object.I use 3D max to create my buildings. Have you looked at the door resources to create DTS doors that open?

The Max exporter is for creating detail models, which is why you are getting DTS models. That's exactly what should be happening. However, Constructor does not do any conversion. All it does is load the model and reference it in the BSP geometry. It does not make it a DIF. The new geometry that you create is the DIF. The DTS model is referenced.Have you looked at the door resources to create DTS doors that open?

It sounds like your Action Center may be set to Object Origin. I'd recommend trying the various choices under the Edit->Action Center menu and see if that helps. You'll likely want either Mouse or Tool or Selection for most operations.
I hope that helps.
