Help Armatrue set up foot / leg stay together?

The problem I am having is trying to fined a way to set up my feet to my leg bones so that when I pull the controller bone past the extent of the leg bones that the 3 boons that make up the foot (Foot_R, Toe_R, ankle_R) don't come unattached. Would any of you have a good set up for controlling the leg. with the Controller bone like I have here..

Second Q. I have is were is the best form for blender help like this.. I see several at the blender.org sit but I would much rather just go to one.

Thanks for the reply but I can't get that controller bone to work if I flip the bone around like you suggested.. i will have to try it again and maybe I can just not have that controller bone all together that would be nice..

Thanks for the suggestion Forum I just don't want to be on the wrong one and wast my time..

I have one more Question if you don't mine me asking..
Is there a way to mirror my wait paint function so I can get them to link up I know that envelops work like that and that is fine it is the small tweaking that I need the paint for?
