Needed: 3D Modelists & Icon Artists for MMORPG

Hello, I am looking for 3D Modelists & Icon Artists.
I am creating a 3D MMORPG that is really big, human characters, swords, sheilds, battle system, clans, health, magic, inventory, Chat system, and more is already done for you! All I need are some active 3D Modelists, because I cant finish this project without 3D modelists, because I don't have any more time to 3D Model while im programming the game all day =)
And some Icons, need those for magic spells, items, potions etc...

3D Modelist Requirements:

-You do NOT have to be a perfect Modelist
-Show some of your work (Show pics of our work when asking to join)
-Be Active (at least 5 small models a week or 1 big one)
-All files in 3ds studio max, and .dts
-DO NOT HAVE TO ANIMATE THE MODELS

3D Animator Requirements:

-You do NOT have to be a good modelist
-You must know how to animate well
-Be active (at least 3 animated models a week)
-all files in 3ds, .dts
-Have to animate models

And Icons, just show me some of your icons you made, does not have to be too "Realistic" Just gamelike.

This will soon someday be a Huge MMORPG, I hope you decide to try out, you will not regret it. You can receive pay if you'd like, but you will only be paid when we start making something after the game is in beta, or finished. (Online MMORPG, so if it gets really popular and start making around 10,000 or more a month, then you will recive a lot out of that, so you won't regret it.)
You CANNOT steal the source of the game, as you will not be needing it, so do not ask.
I will be posting updates of the game, and pictures to all developers on the team. If you decide to join, do NOT tell anyone about the dev forums site! As this is orsecurity reasons. I know, I have a indy license, but once the games finished I will purchase a commercial license. You do NOT need to have TGE to work in this project, all you need is a little talent. If you have a friend or family member that has any talent, ask them to join! We will NOT accept too many Modelists, or Icon creators, so hurry and join today.
