Question about Torque

Hi-
I'm wondering if the distribution of Torque includes all the source code for *ALL* the tools as well as just the game engine.
I looked around the FAQ's and it seems like you get full source, but it isn't crystal clear.
I'm mostly concerned about adding feature to Max exporter, need to revise exporter for future versions of Max, .etc.
