Try variations of what you are looking for.

For example, instead of Surveillance camera you should try "security camera" or "fixed camera" which results in:
fxGuiSnooper
Multiple Viewports

Or instead of breaking objects you should try "destructible objects" which results in:
Moveable, Destroyable, Mission Area Aware ITEMS

As far as if they work, check the posts with them. If there hasn't been anything added since say 2003 then chances are it might take a bit to get it to work with 1.4. Even if all of them were up to date it still might take a bit to get all those resources to work together. Even with that, using the resources would be quicker then stumbling through your own implementation. (at least it would be for me)

There was a resource to have gui components on DTS objects (like the monitors in DOOM 3). Cant find it atm, but it is out there!

Hey btw: I made that Key Press to mount vehicle. I can give you code that works better using raycasting instead.

I wish I knew, it gave a link when I submitted it but it sent me to my old resource... which made no sense to me.

I finally got around to making this resource again after it didn't submit the last time.

Cast Ray Use Button

It's for mounting a vehicle using a cast ray and can also be used for other things.
