torque + winCE

I hear that winCE supports directx (in some dirivitive fashion) and am currently in the possession of a device which is itself compatible with winCE. can a program developed with torque/DirectX be compiled for this machine? thanks.
(By the way, the "machine" i am reffering to is a sega dreamcast, and no, it's not illegal to play around on that hardware, as far as i am able to figure it.)

But someone could port torque to the dreamcast...
Either use the wince sdk, or if you want to be clean and legal, use a homebrew library like KOS (it has an opengl implementation)

I don't think the standard Windows CE has support for the hardware, though. If you've got a license for the Dreamcast-CE devkit you might be able to hack something together.
Your other option is to try to port the OpenGL code to something like KallistiOS, which runs on the dreamcast and has an openGL-like interface.
And no, I don't think there was a Tribes 2-DC, but there were Unreal Tournament and Quake III releases on the dreamcast.

There was a WinCE version of the dreamcast Dev kit available that had DX-like support for the Dreamcast's tile accelerator (Basically a modified Kyro II).I don't think the standard Windows CE has support for the hardware, though. I do like that little joke you had there, its quite original eheh. But I think that it would be kinda neat to take torque on the road on a pocketPC, only if I had one though. My laptop is quite old and cant do anything besides solitare, but if I had a pocketPC it would be fun to play on torque durring classes! Good job I did get a kick out of that though.
