Outta curiosity, I was wondering what do some people do for inspiration, and what are some things that you may have thought about randomly, or heard someone say, and came up with an idea from. Just wondering, cause some of the weirdest things have given me ideas about game storys and settings. Cheers!

On History, fiction, non-fiction, science fiction, Geography, whatever catches your fancy.
Go to the library and browse the shelves, the museum, the art gallery, etc.
You never know what will spark an idea so expose yourself to as many stimuli as you can.
Long walks are good too :)
