Fps game development team

Hi
For years I have thought of the perfect story line for a fps. The problem was I knew nothing of game development .I have spent the last year of my life working with the TGE to try to make my dream a reality.
I am a beginner at game development I need a team of beginner scripters,music producers,modlers,etc to learn with.The storyline is about john a man who is in the future who got his memory erased by the GCC Global Corruption Corporation a evil power of creatures who have escaped their planet for ours.John is out to discover his past and also find a way to bring together the resistance of man to bring down the earth intruders.Wile this conflict on earth is going on a meteoroid is hurling toward earth.The humans and the GCC must work together to stop the meteoroid and learn to live together(not going to be a easy task)at the end john will find his life and the secret to the univurse.This campaign fps will be totally free this is for learning experience only.I hope to make the prototype of this game and learn enough to find a more advanced team. I am making a website right now.I also have 3d models.I am using the TGE hopefully ill be able to upgrade to TGEA before its all over.
