CoCreate giving away their 3D CAD software

This may not be useful to you, but then again it may.
I just noticed that CoCreate is offering a "lite" version of their 3D CAD program, which they call OneSpace Modeling Personal Edition, for free. As always, there's a catch.
Catches:
- Only a limited number of downloads will be allowed. (I dunno how many. 32? 1000?)
- It doesn't have ALL the features of their full-blown product. See their FAQ.
- File format may be unique to OSMPE. I haven't investigated this yet. Their FAQ gives some hints.
Not catches:
- Seriously free! (Normally sells for hundreds, if not thousands, of bucks)
- Once you download and install it, it's yours forever!
- A big industry contender normally selling to professionals, not an indie trying to break into the market.
- There's nothing in it for me. I just ran across this while updating my CV.
