Maya 7 crashes exporting DSQs on Mac

Our office just moved Maya 7.0 over to the Macintosh and we're having a difficult time exporting animations from it. Whenever we try to export a single sequence, the program plays back the animation and then randomly crashes. Randomly as in 9 times out of 10 since the DSQ will sometimes be created, but then crash if we try to re-export it.

Any ideas on what's causing this?

Still no success, but the program seems to crash while writing the DMP file. It'll be exporting a random node of animation, then the DMP log just cuts out in mid-sentence.

Got it sorted out. Our programmer re-compiled the whole exporter and says he'll post it up when he gets the chance.

Yes, we have a version that seems to work well for Maya 7.0.1 on MacOS (PPC). Here's a link to it: http://www.altermentis.com/developer/download/maya2dtsExporter%20for%20MacOS%20Maya%207.zip

I needed to change the source code -slightly- so that it would compile in XCode 2.4, so the Maya console output will just show "
