This project type is not supported by this installation

I'm just installing this, and I have no familiarity with TorqueX. I'm only installing this to open lines of communication between myself and a programmer. Forgive me if I don't understand the computer speak/programmer lingo. *cool shades*

I've downloaded:

TorqueX
Visual C# 2005 express edition
XNA Game Studio Express
XNA game studio express Service pack 1

This has allowed me to install TorqueX and open Visual C# 2k5 express edition. I'm reading the introductory documentation.

After "To begin using TXB to edit game content, you must first create a Torque X project with Game Studio Express. Launch Game Studio Express, and select New Project from the File menu. In the New Project dialog you will see several templates from which you can base your game. To start an empty Torque X game, select the Torque X StarterGame template, enter a name in the Name field, and click the OK button."

I get an error message saying

"Project Template Wizard

A problem was encountered creating the sub project "Game"... the file "./game.csproj" cannot be opened.

The project type is not supported by this installation"

Edit: I can open templates such as "Class Library", "Screen Saver Starter Kit", etc, but nothing pertaining to TorqueX. Do I need to install SQL server express?
