Using current DSQ animations in new model.

I would like to use the DSQ animations that are used for the player in Starter.fps for a new character. How do I go about doing this?

If im right you just move the .dsq files into the folder with your character .dts, not sure since i havent done much character modeling/animation, but I think thats what ive read.

This will only work if the shape's skeletal rigs are exactly the same[ with respect to the transforms & naming convention], meaning; if the DTS shape's node listing is missing a node that is in the DSQ; the sequence will not load into the DTS shape. This is a 'standard' DTS/DSQ formatting rule. If the names are not the same...the sequence will not load. If the transforms are not the same[or very near], the result will look like a 'transporter-accident' when loading the sequence.

@Ben: there's a little 'more' to it than you think...try reading more documentation about the format....especially since you admit you are "not sure"... and "but I think thats what ive read".
