Dual display problems

I'm getting display errors while using dual displays (dual-head) on my ATI x1950XT card (with the latest display drivers).
Basically half of the app turns black (doesn't render) on my primary view, on the secondary it seems to work fine.
I first tought this was a 1.0.3 only problem but it is the same in 1.0.2 (which I reinstalled). If I disable the secondary display Constructor runs without this problem on my primary display.
Do you need more info ?
Regards, Jorgen

I must admit, I did change position of the second display at the same time (bad "trial-and-error" troubleshooting, I know) and haven't tried changing back to see that it's unrelated.
Thank you Marc for your reply and solution.

Remarkably, installing Hydravision seems to have fixed the problem (even tough I didn't find the "3D Acceleration" option).I must admit, I did change position of the second display at the same time (bad "trial-and-error" troubleshooting, I know) and haven't tried changing back to see that it's unrelated.
