How to work exporter,map2dif crashes on startup

Hello, I have 2 problems working with blender. when I try to export dts everything works fine but idk where the exported file went or how to get it into torque. also everytime I try to run map2dif it instantly crashes so i dont know whats up with that i tried to get to it from the console which is fine but i cant do the commands. anyways id like a post soon cause this is driving me insane! ty
