Most likely not since Linux has moved into community support and the source to Constructor is closed.
Right now, the GPL'd Radiant is probably your best bet.

Someone does have access to the Constructor code in the Linux community. Take a read through

I remember that post. I just don't know if they are still working on it or have moved on to other projects. We can hope, though.
