Ramp tool help.

Is it possible to make a ramp... ramp the other direction... i don't mean the axis buttons, but rather reversed, i can only seem to make ramps that ramp down to the right, any ideas?

also, is there a way to snap the cursor to a grid so i can make everything line up.
