Constructor License/Availability

Sorry for posting that, but I can't seem to find the info... you can kick me for that ;)
Does one need to own a TGE/TGEA license to have access to Constructor, or is it available to any GG member?

I own both TGE and TGEA licenses.
I need to be sure simple GG members can use Constructor too.
This is to bring an existing free MOD into a real 3D engine like TGE :)
If a license must be owned, it will seriously cut my speech in favor of Torque.

I believe that all that is required is to register for an account. Then they should have an ignition key in their acct. It would probably be good to check the licensing, though. I've only used it for Torque projects. Not other things.

Pretty sure the only requirement is as David said, be a registered member of the community. Just like TorqueX, you don't have to buy TGE or anything like that to freely use it.
