The appropriate place?

Hello there,

I'm new to the forums (wow...thats an old line) and need some help (alot actually).

Is this the right forum for posting questions about scripts and getting scripts made or starting off?

I mean, I have a lot of questions on what I should do to make such and such happen and need a sample to code of, in which forum should I ask?
