Buying the engine

If I buy TGE or TGEA for the price as shown, is that an annual fee or is it one time? Need to know this. VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!

Thanks for the info. Now that I actually know what Im doing I want to join a design team but need the engine in order for it to be legal. Thank you so much again Richard.
