Accessing 1.4.2 Engine Articles

I'm trying to access this resource.

It says the following and I cannot access the page. I'm a 1.5.2 TGE owner and I'm logged in. I'm just confused as to why I would not have access to this article. If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it because I would really like to get the code for this. Thanks a bunch.
