Odd Material issues

Ok I'm not sure if I'm going about this right. I figured that making my models work in TGE is best before adding the other stuff like normal maps in. I have made them but I want to get everything looking right in the STP before getting all crazy.
So anyway My model is of a SubSea Oil Well Tree. It exported with out a hitch.
but when I bring it up in STP I get some odd behaviour on one of my transparent textures.
As you can see below in maya it looks right but in STP it is all semi transparent

I have check the alpha channel and everytyhing is right. what could be causing this? the other two texture that ahve trans parency look fine.
Also does someone know what the flag is to make a texture double sided?

Ehh it turned out to be a non issue. Our end result was to be in TGEA and the model looked fine in TGEA just like it did in maya. Better actually!

The transparency problem goes a long way back. I have found that when things like this happen, the best way to fix it is to make a separate texture for the pieces that has transparency on them and apply that texture to the faces that you want the transparency on.
The double sided flag is located inside the dts exporter options. Make sure that you dont apply double sided to the entire mesh, though, since the exporter basically doubles your tri count. I suggest making the transparant piece separate and applying double sided to only that object. You can then parent that piece to the main object.
