Blank space with scrolling backgrounds?

Every time i create a new scrolling image in TGB there appears to be some blank space after it. sometimes when i alter the file length and width the blank space no longer appears. how might i get rid of the blank space? do i need to do any extra programming or are there set file properties that TBG will accept?

The width + height of the image should be a multiple of 256

It's probably better to use the TGB public/private forums for TGB specific questions, instead of the General forums (which are not intended for discussions about GG products, but concepts in the industry).
