I have debuged and got that the aiscoutship`s aiThinkTimer function is called in the right way but them could not move at all.
And i have follow the document to changed the parameters
$pref::Net::PacketRateToClient = "32";
$pref::Net::PacketSize = "450";
But the vehicles still stutter and projectiles not occur.What`s that reason?
