TGB Pro 1.5; TGBX release ?

#1 TGB Pro 1.5 was supposed to be released last Friday, TXB (aka TGBX) is supposed to be released today. There haven't been any updates yet. What article are you talking about?

I could only image that its a mad house with the beta release, and tighing the bugs and code.

#4 We were planning on releasing TGB 1.5 on Friday, but there was a last-minute QA issue with the Mac build. Having been bitten before by the "Let's just release the Windows version now and the Mac version when it's ready" bug, we decided to delay until both were ready.

TGB 1.5 and Torque X are both really close, just waiting on a couple things before release. Look for one or both to release today, and the other (if not released today) to follow within a day or two.

#8 Waiting 2 or so more days isn't a big deal to release for both platforms at the same time, especially considering the "Let's just release the Windows version now and the Mac version when it's ready" bug usually means an extra 1 to 2 month wait for Mac users.

Thank you Garage Games for taking the Mac platform seriously and continuing to release both version at the same time whenever possible.

#10 Any updated word on TGB's 1.5 release? The current beta hangs my entire XP system if I leave it unattended for several minutes. I haven't had this problem on my Vista system so perhaps it's something on my end.

no idea... i havent messed around much with the 1.5 Beta3 version, so i cant tell... what im really sure is that it will rock hard til the new version shows up... i think its gonna be released anytime this week, right?
