Fantasci: Hidden War Looking for coworkers

Greetings, Im the lead producer looking to gather some more help. I have a living design document and much of the developement work in progress, but need a few more hands to 1 produce a higher quality of work and 2 perhaps enrich another person(s)credituals.
I need a programmer, someone familiar with DTS modeling and someone familiar with texturing. All these skills are useful. Even novice person can apply. I am offering a portion of the 10k prize. Divided among all of us. Of course we have to win to get it, so best foot forward, and if your coming to BS, dont bother applying. I already fired 2 people becuase they thought that by signing on and doing nothing they would still be included after a month.

I am working on my first large Game with a team of programmers and artists. I am a avid gamer and am the lead producer and director of Fantasci Hidden War. I have my first published game credit with Chariots as a Level Designer and Interior Artist.
