Working on Pk and got questions

I'm taking some of the advice here and started creation of a music pack for torque game developers. I just have a few questions before I continue with development. I haven't gone in depth with any of the Torque engines btw so sorry if I could already find some of these answers somewhere else:
1. What are the audio formats that most of the Torque engines support?
2. Are there sample quality limitations (like does it specifically have to be something like".wav , 44khz 16Bit) or does it matter?
3.Does looping audio have a delay upon loop restart? If so, by how much?
4. What are some of the limitations of the audio engine in the Torque engines?
5. Does the engine already (or is there a way to) do audio time position tracking using code (like if you wanted something to happen in code right when the audio reaches "1:02.67")?
6. Is there anything else I should be aware of while creating these tracks?

For other questions, you can just download the demo of the engine,
and try it, or just search the forum and resource, that definitely helps.
