Help to decide wot torque to buy

Can someone please help me im looking on buying torque but this is wot i need to do wiv it if someone can help me out and point in in the right diection to wot version i should get.....

im looking at making a real life banger game for free download online for pc play which will be playable online with other ppl so needs internet play

i need to make myown tracks which i have done in 3d max and need to export it and use in torque or what engine i chose to go wiv in the end can this be done wiv torque... i know it has a terrain builder wiv the engine but i need oval race tracks ect and i have them done in max already...

do i get the tbe wiv any version if so what one?

if anyone could help me that knows torque liek the back of there hand and i would be happy to purchase this...

im not looking for someone to tell me how to do this list but if it is poss to do so, i dont mind working everything out for myself just if this engine supports what i want to do

Sorry i also need to use vertex damage on the car models is this also poss and a way i can set how much damage and how it will happen
