Downloads broken?

I purchased the BraveTree War Sparrow Pack Pro a few hours ago, and have been trying on in off to download it - with no avail.

I saw alot of similar topics in the website bugs forum but they aren't getting much attention.

Is there anything I can do?

Experiencing the same problem with the Torque Game Engine 1.5.2 and FX Pack #1.
These problems should really get more attention.

I think the problems may actually be a symptom of the attention given to them, as I know there are server updates going on today to help make things better.
