Simple player model MS3D

Hey,

im using MS3D. does anyone know where i can find a simple player model (simple cna be as simple as the blue boxes walking in tutorial.base) with animations which i can use for testing purposes?

If polycount.com is still up, you could download and decompile the models that can be downloaded from there. Of course you cant use them in a commercial game, but great for testing. Ms3d has a decompiler for some of the model formats there. I would go for the Half life models, as they will fully decompile the textures, animations and mesh using the Half Life decompiler. You can reuse the skeletal animations on your own models that you may want to build later on.

Just checked polycount.com, it seems it is down for revamping. Was a dang good site. Guess you will have to crawl the web to find half life models now.

Google ms3d or milkshape models and you will find several. I personally like Psionic. I used his zombie model to learn milkshape animation, he also has other nice free models.
