TGEA, do i need Commercial?

One of my friends told me that i you want to make money on your game (sell it), then you have to buy commercial. Is that true, or can i sell games made with indie?

You CAN sell games made with indie.

As long as you don't make over $250,000 a year.

Is not true..

you can sell your game with the indie license of the torque products.. as long you dont make more than 250,000 dollars per year..


also others rectrictions apply.. like using torque only for game dev ..and not other non gaming related software... and displaying torque game engine logo for 4 seconds at the beginning..is a very user friendly license
