dts lighting

Maybe somebody can answer, recommend, do this :)

I know you can currently have a DTS object 'put off' light.. such as pulsing, constant......

One thing that I have noticed was even tho their is lighting coming from the dts object, it doesnt affect Terrain.. I saw mention of Texture lighting, and just curious as if this could be fixed or not.

It seems all lighting of terrain is controlled by the 'Sun' 'Ambient' settings.

If not easily done, could this be actually coded into engine, or would it be rather intense....

It would allow alot more mapping options for map makers and model makers alike. A True Night time map with lit fixtures would be awesome, but the times I have done it. The light off the DTS is basicially over texturing the terrain and doesnt 'show' the terrain texture.
