Exporting.. and failing

Hi// I have some trouble with armature when exporting my character.. I use blender 2.42 and the latest exporter.. I've uploded the image, this is what I get when I take look at it in showtool..it's like this guy was tourchered or something..

Good news - turning off "Write TSE Materials" option helped, I exported my character easily without glitches..
bad news - none of my chracter animations have been exported, don't know why..

Ok, so I've fixed that problem with animations missing, now everything is running smoothly except one thing - my model after each exporting is getting some random holes, every time in a different place.. and that's really weird, never had one befor..

Thanx for the tips, it was the problem with "Vertex index limit exceeded, mesh truncated!!!".. when I switched off the double-sided option everything was ok..
btw. how can I append reflection map no to thre whole model but just part of it, some faces?
