TGE crashing on Vista...

Running Windows Vista Business 32bit fresh installed with default settings. TGE works perfeclty, exept a decrease of 30% in framerate with openGL and what I'll mention below. I have an NVIDIA 7950GT with nvidia's latest driver 158.18. 3gigs RAM. Tried with HEAD.
Now, here is my problem: When in full screen, if I return in windows while the game is running (minimize hitting windows logo for example) and then return to the game, Torque crashes.
I've tried other (old) OpenGL games like QuakeIII and works fine. I noticed, when the game is minimized, that when I put the cursor above the game's name on the taskbar, I can see a small screen (window) of the game. But with Torque it's an empty window. Seems to me it could be related to the problem.
Now I'm wondering if it's a driver issue or a Vista+Torque issue. I'd like to know if it does that on other NVIDIA cards and ATI's?
Please anyone who has Vista tell me if it works or not and your version of Vista, video card and driver.
P.S. The main reason why this is a pretty big problem for me is because I have an intro video in my game. To play the video I use a new directshow window attached over the game and when the video has ended I close the window and return into Torque... So you guess what happens! BTW I tried my game with the video in windowed mode and no problem.
