Maya 8 DTS exporter?

I want to build the DTS exporter for Maya 8. I'm trying to build dtsSDKPlus (so I can make dtsSDKPlus.lib, which is required to build the Maya exporters). ShapeMimic.cpp is looking for a header file that neither it nor I can find, dtsdecimator.h. Where can I get this file?

Of course, if there's already a Maya 8 DTS exporter available somewhere, I'd like to just use that...

P.S. I just bought TGEA, and holy crap! GG could charge at least double their fee for this thing if they provided some decent instructions. It's like someone opened up the documentation cookie jar and just spilled everything all over the Internet. I appreciate the open source philosophy behind everything, but surely GG have taken things a bit too far.

(1) Your link points to the DIF format, not the DTS format.

(2) I need a Maya 8 exporter, which is not available anywhere on that page.

Again, I would like to compile the exporter for Maya 8, but I am missing dtsdecimator.h.

Again: No, there is no Maya 8 exporter available on that page.
