Activation key won't work

I tried entering the activation key almost 20 times and it won't work!!! I also entered the offline key it comes with but it STILL doesn't work!!! I sent an e-mail to GarageGames 2 months ago and they didn't reply. Is there something wrong here or is there an answer to this?
