Hello World License Trouble

Ok. So I have the indie license of torque and it says that I'm only allowed to make video games, not anything else.
So I don't want to go against the license but there are a few documentions such as that Hello World thingy that aren't video games. So am I allowed to do those things without defying the license? This isn't an important question, I'm just wondering.

That's a pretty broad definition.
If you model a real-life cityscape so that a police or fire department can practice evacuations, sweeps, hostage rescues and so on, that's a "video game," no?
If you model a new housing development so that developers can drive customers through the devt and even walk them through a model home, that's a "video game," no?
If you model a several-thousand-acre farm, with terrain, drainage, precipitation and so on, so that the farmer can plan his land use better, that's a "video game," no?
These go way beyond the traditional "video game."
