Anyone know how to add yaw (steering) acceleration physics?

Heya guys,
I want to add physics that will result in f=ma for yaw (steering). What I mean by that is that I want to have the vehicle have some rotational inertia, and when I try to rotate, it rotates based on f=ma or torque = rotational inertia * rotational acceleration. Has anyone done this or know how to do it?
