Early Fallout 3 "Van Buren" Alpha tech demo Leaked

Just sharing some neat news, for anyone interested in seeing a commercial software product in its early alpha stage No Mutants allowed a fallout fansite has hosted an internal tech demo from the long cancelled Van Buren project by Black Isle studios and Interplay that would have become fallout 3. This is by no means a complete product, just something you would have only seen inside the company to show exec's/investors or if you were working on coding. Apparently who technically 'owns' this tech demo is still up in the air so they ask to please not mirror the download.
