Creating lights workflow

Hello,
The new version of TGBX 1.0.4.2 has removed the light object from the Create -> Other rollout, so you cannot drag the component over from this area as described in the provided documentation. Poking around, I noticed the Blank Scene Object in other, in which you can add a LightRegisterComponent. I do so, enable it via the checkbox, and run my test level. No light appears, so can anyone tell me what I'm missing in order to be able to drop a simple light into a scene in the new version?
Thanks in advance.
