Version 1.8.0 mouse sensitivity

I recently upgraded from 1.7.2 to 1.8.0 (the real one, not RC1). I don't have fine control with the mouse anymore. I can create meshes, but when I try to edit them (stretching them, for instance), the mouse moves in huge jumps.

Has anybody else had this problem with 1.8.0? How can I tweak the mouse sensitivity?
