Popup eliminator2 (this one rocks)

and is uses only you computer to do it
1. download the www.fileplanet.com/dl/dl.asp?/planetquake/noescape/hosts.zip
2. and place the HOSTS.dat in
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\etc
3.if you dont have the diretory create them
4. if you you do get a popup after you do the above (i think) you can open up the dat file and add the addy of the popup to the list

Another way is to grab POW! from www.analogx.com. I have a nice ready made database if anyone wants a copy (Although i fear i may have reached some kind of limit in it 16705 windows killed so far alledgedly).
