MilkShape Player/Vehicle setup

Does anyone have a good reference or model for MilkShape?
I'm hoping there's something similar to the link below for MilkShape that shows what mounts, nodes(?), etc are available to use. The ones I'm aware of for vehicles are:
mount0-10, eye, cam, hub0-3. The examples I've seen don't have mass or ground nodes. I'd just like to know how a complete ms3d model is setup. Maybe if someone has a model with all the joints they could post it (even if it's very simple). A complete reference model would be very helpful. A player example would also be very useful. I know some of the joints are a bit different then the vehicles.

I'm pretty sure there is a resource for modelling a car in milkshape (with some nodes named). I think this is it (by Harold "Labrat" Brown). The other is a more detailed listing of the various nodes, here.
