Help With Sword Animation

Im fairley new to torque but my biggest issue is a SWORD animation.like swinging,stapping, and so on.i have tried countles times to make my owne but they dont work and look crapy.I ame asking if aneybody has a basic sword animation to please contact me on this forum.
